BioTalent Canada is focused on bridging the gap between job-ready talent and employers while ensuring the long-term agility, resiliency, and sustainability of one of Canada’s most vital sectors.

Wage Subsidy Programs
This program covers 75% of a participant’s salary up to a maximum of $20,000 for bio-economy employers to hire, accommodate and train newcomers for a three-to-nine-month work placement.
This program covers 50% of the youth’s salary (up to age 30) up to $20k over a 3-to-9-month period and is geared to those who have graduated or who are no longer in school.
