Join us on Thursday, October 22, from 12-1 p.m. ET for a thoughtful conversation with HR and well-being leaders from McMaster University and McMaster Continuing Education as we explore how organizations can support healthier, more sustainable ways of working.

Together, we’ll look at what burnout really looks like, the factors that contribute to it, and how HR professionals can help shape workplace cultures grounded in psychological health, safety, and genuine care for employee well-being. You’ll leave with practical insights on boundaries, flexibility, and the kinds of HR practices that make a lasting difference.
