What do you need to do to move beyond survival to optimization? Optimization is a system for maximizing positive actions and minimizing negative or unsafe actions. Teaching is my calling and health is my passion. I both practice and believe in lifelong learning. I am a PH.D Candidate in Public Health Sciences. I have a BA in Anthropology, a BPHE in Physical Education and an MA in Physical Education. I was a Health Professor for ten years in the US and retired after teaching at McMaster. I have done volunteer teaching in South Africa, Thailand, and Nepal.
