Meet Sandra Doweck: a dedicated wellness practitioner and lifelong learner
With a rich educational background in wellness practices, Sandra is a certified Children’s Yoga Instructor, Suspension Yoga Teacher, meditation facilitator, and mindfulness coach. Additionally, she holds certifications in NLP and has training in ABA/IBI. Her most recent accomplishment is completing the Certificate in Fundamentals of Mindfulness with McMaster Continuing Education. This diverse training enables Sandra to offer a comprehensive range of yoga and mindfulness programs for children at her studio, Yoga-Tastic 4 Kids Inc.
Motivated by her passion for supporting children and families, Sandra pursued to deepen her understanding of mindfulness to help foster emotional health and connection at her studio. She believes in the transformative power of knowledge and strives to stay current with modern educational practices.
