Note: To enrol in this course, you must have authorized approval. Module 5 will review key components of the procurement process at the City, including guidelines for purchasing goods, approvals, managing contracts and vendor performance, and Council reports. This is a blended course. The first portion will be completed online through Avenue To Learn. It will finish with a half-day, in-person session.
