In today's diverse and interconnected world, cultivating a sense of belonging and understanding among individuals is crucial for personal growth, harmonious relationships, and effective teamwork. This course is designed to provide participants with the knowledge and tools to foster an inclusive environment and nurture meaningful connections through an exploration of Personality Dimensions™. Personality Dimensions™ builds on decades of research conducted in Canada and temperament theory that spans 25 centuries to help individuals understand more about themselves and others. This course will start by introducing the fundamental concepts related to Personality Dimensions®, and through interactive discussions and exercises, participants will analyze these dimensions and how they contribute to individual differences, perspectives, and behaviors. By the end of the course, students will learn about the practical application of Personality Dimensions™ in the workplace. Participants will learn strategies for recognizing and appreciating diversity, fostering empathy, and promoting effective communication across diverse personality types. By understanding the unique traits and characteristics that shape individuals, participants will gain valuable insights into creating a workplace of acceptance, respect, and belonging.

Christine Costa is a seasoned Human Resources professional, Organizational Development consultant and facilitator with over 20 years of experience in various roles and industries (including financial services, technology, and higher education). She holds an MBA from McMaster University and is passionate about continuous learning. She has spent her career coaching leaders and teams to help them reach their full potential. Christine is currently an entrepreneur and owner of “Christine Connects”, a professional training and facilitation practice that helps people create connections with their teams, themselves, and their environment. Christine has been a facilitator/teacher at both the high school and university levels and is currently an instructor with McMaster Continuing Education. In her spare time, she loves making music and spending time in nature.
