Vincent Fernandes has over 15 years of finance and accounting experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry, with previous roles in both Canada and the United States. Since 2021, he has been a Professor in the Faculty of Business at Mohawk College, where he integrates real-world insights from his corporate background into the classroom. Vincent earned his Doctorate of Management in 2018 and holds a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

Kris Krishnan is the President and CEO of GVK International Inc., a firm offering management consulting services. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA), a Professional Engineer (P.Eng), a Certified Management Consultant (CMC), and a Project Management Professional (PMP). He holds an M.Eng. from McMaster University and a M.B.A. from the University of Toronto. He has more than 35 years of experiences in a varied industries and has taught at McMaster since 1992.
