Guided by the lens of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and pertinent regulations, this introductory course examines how to conduct safe and successful clinical trials. Clinical trial phases, study design, and the roles and responsibilities of various stakeholders will be explored. Emphasis will also be placed on the foundational skills needed for successful trial management including project management and communication skills.
