Tendai is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) with over 15 years’ experience in the Business Analysis profession. She has had extensive exposure to enterprise-wide projects which have enabled her to sharpen her Business Analysis skills and gain unique insights into how to add value as a Business Analyst. She is currently practicing as a Business Analysis Consultant, Instructor, and Curriculum Developer. She is extremely passionate about the Business Analysis profession and has a special interest in mentorship and development of young aspiring Business Analysts. She holds a Masters degree in Information Systems and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She has been instrumental in setting up and leading Business Analysis Community of Practices in organizations and enjoys sharing lessons learnt with the wider BA community.
