Instructors
Tendai Chakabuda
Tendai is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) with over 15 years’ experience in the Business Analysis profession. She has had extensive exposure to enterprise-wide projects which have enabled her to sharpen her Business Analysis skills and gain unique insights into how to add value as a Business Analyst. She is currently practicing as a Business Analysis Consultant, Instructor, and Curriculum Developer. She is extremely passionate about the Business Analysis profession and has a special interest in mentorship and development of young aspiring Business Analysts. She holds a Masters degree in Information Systems and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She has been instrumental in setting up and leading Business Analysis Community of Practices in organizations and enjoys sharing lessons learnt with the wider BA community. Her motto in life – never stop learning! Through learning we gain new insights and are able to influence the course of our lives and others.
Christian Hoquis

Chris Hoquis has been an Information Technology professional for over 20 years, with roles spanning across Software Development and Systems Analysis, to Business Analysis, Process Improvement and Project Management.
He’s been teaching post-graduate level courses for over 6 years in Business, Business Analysis, Project Management, Technology, and a variety of soft skill development classes.
He is the founder of Rally the Locals, a new business dedicated to driving growth for local businesses, through storytelling, promotions, and a custom web platform. He is relentlessly committed to showcasing impact of businesses in the community and crating meaningful connections with people to promote local economic scale.
Outside the office and classroom, Chris has been an advocate for positive mental health through university initiatives across Canada, is a TEDx Speaker (TED.com – Discover your Resilience with Relentless Empathy), is an avid amateur boxer and runner, and enjoys spending his down time learning Spanish.
