Tendai is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) with over 15 years’ experience in the Business Analysis profession. She has had extensive exposure to enterprise-wide projects which have enabled her to sharpen her Business Analysis skills and gain unique insights into how to add value as a Business Analyst. She is currently practicing as a Business Analysis Consultant, Instructor, and Curriculum Developer. She is extremely passionate about the Business Analysis profession and has a special interest in mentorship and development of young aspiring Business Analysts. She holds a Masters degree in Information Systems and is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO). She has been instrumental in setting up and leading Business Analysis Community of Practices in organizations and enjoys sharing lessons learnt with the wider BA community. Her motto in life – never stop learning! Through learning we gain new insights and are able to influence the course of our lives and others.
Jonathan Nituch

Jonathan Nituch is a business technology leader with diverse skills in business analysis, project management, continuous improvement, and data management. Jonathan has been teaching these topics at Canadian post-secondary institutions for the last 14 years. He is currently the Associate Registrar of Admissions and Transfer Credit at Bow Valley College. Jonathan has been an agent of change in a variety of industries, including consumer packaged goods, distribution chain, professional services, telecommunications, and higher education. He has worked with companies both large and small. Jonathan is recognized for his engaging teaching style. “It’s important for students to connect the material to their own experiences, and also to hear about each other’s stories. These stories bring the material to life by providing real-world relevance.
Jonathan holds an MBA in Management Analytics, is a Project Management Professional PMP®, and a Certified Business Analysis Professional CBAP®.
