Change is a reality in both business and personal life. Sometimes our reactions to change, such as increased stress or optimism, anxiety or excitement, can establish pathways that make the transitions relatively easy or riddled with challenges. In this workshop, participants will focus on self-awareness as to their own reaction to change and how to navigate change from a positive and affirming perspective. Change theory will be introduced to better understand the perspectives of different stakeholders and the effect this has on the individual, team and organization. Participants will establish a new vision for the way they wish to approach change and strategies will be presented to enable participants to more effectively navigate change for success, resulting in a healthier, more balanced and productive attitude that can be applied in both work and personal situations. Participants will then develop individual action plans to best tackle the current or upcoming change initiatives in which they are involved.
