Instructors
Jeffrey Brayley
Jeffrey Brayley has been enabling people leaders for over twenty years in the provincial government, municipal government, and healthcare sectors.
In his present role as Management Consultant at the City of Toronto, he supports leadership across all facets of HR management including labour/employee relations, strategy development and planning, performance management, organization design and restructuring, change management, disability management, health and safety, and learning and development.
Prior to joining the City of Toronto, Jeffrey worked at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids) as a Labour Relations Consultant & Human Resources Business Partner; and, at Scarborough Health Network as a Human Resources Business Partner. In these roles, Jeffrey led the collective bargaining process for the hospitals and was also responsible for labour/employee relations, health and safety, talent acquisition, organizational training and development, along with disability management.
Jeffrey has significant experience representing organizations at arbitration, mediation, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario and the Ontario Labour Relations Board. He is a graduate of Durham College where he received an advanced three-year Business Administration diploma with honors. He is a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) and Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) with the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA).
Konrad Wojtowicz
Konrad is a Human Resources Professional currently working as a Senior Consultant in Labour and Employee Relations for the City of Toronto. Previously, he was a Labour Relations Business Partner for Coca-Cola where he was responsible overlooking Central Canada. With passion for labour relations, he has experience with many aspects of Human Resource portfolio, ranging from recruitment to strategic thinking and planning, which comprise the balance of his work today.
Konrad’s management qualities are his commitment in working in a transparent, collaborative and inclusive manner, which allows him to build lasting relationships. His ability to strengthen the relationship between the union and management, as well as to motivate and advise is invaluable and necessary to support the long-term success of its business.
Konrad holds a MBA from the University of Liverpool. He also holds a post graduate Human Resources Management Certificate from Ryerson University. He earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Toronto, double majoring in Psychology and Crime & Deviance where he also studied two years of Chemical Engineering.
