Wei is a seasoned and pragmatic leader in business-technology transformation, with a strong background in consulting, modernization, and change management. Her expertise lies in product development, strategic management, business analysis, and program/project governance, particularly within the financial services sector, focusing on capital markets and wealth management.

Currently, she serves as a Director at Scotiabank, where she plays a leadership role in shaping global wealth management product strategy. In her previous roles, Wei managed global capital markets engineering and consulting teams, focusing on large-scale business platform modernization.

Wei holds an MBA from the Rotman School of Management, specializing in Consulting, Strategy, and Change Management. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Toronto and is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM).
