Humad Ali has been delivering critical projects for almost 15 years in various industries like Finance, Insurance, Retail, Entertainment, Real Estate, Healthcare and Ad Tech. He works as Head of Technical Consulting at Basis Technologies an Ad Tech company where he manages implementations for client needs around data analytics, system integrations, and custom configurations. Humad has been coaching Agile methodology and Scrum framework for over 10 years and is a certified ScrumMaster since 2018 and PMP since 2011. Humad has an MBA from IE Business School and a Masters in Information Management Systems from Harvard University Extension School.
Humad provides advisory services to start ups and has research interests in AI, identity solutions, technology trends, digital transformation, product adoption, user engineering, and cloud solutions.
Shanice Burnett is a seasoned professional boasting over a decade of project management expertise in both private and public sectors, including Crown corporations. Shanice’s pragmatic insights derive from active involvement in diverse business transformation projects and change initiatives. Furthermore, she has made notable contributions to academia by previously instructing courses in finance and project management at Seneca College.

Shanice holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Entrepreneurship from McGill University and a Master of Arts Degree in Public and International Affairs from the University of Ottawa. Complementing her academic achievements, she is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM). Long Dam is a recognized subject matter expert with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and a key contributor to both the PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition and the newly released PMBOK® Guide – Eighth Edition. With more than 15 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, he has led strategic initiatives across advanced technology, government, higher education, financial services, insurance, and both public and private sectors.
As an active member of the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (PMILOC), Long supports the project management community through thought leadership, mentorship, and volunteer engagement. He also teaches at multiple universities and colleges, helping to develop and inspire the next generation of project leaders.

Rehan Sher is a seasoned Human Resources and Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience. In January 2014, he became the Founder & CEO of the Human Resources and Project Management Corporation (or HRPM Corp. for short), a global firm specialized in providing Corporate Training & Consulting Services. Since its inception, HRPM Corp. has assisted hundreds of professionals, both locally and internationally. In addition, to his professional work experience, Rehan develops and teaches synchronous and asynchronous courses to Post-Graduate Students at leading institutions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Rehan has an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, an MA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a MASc in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. He also has a Master’s Certificate in Learning & Development from Schulich’s Executive Education Centre and holds both the PMP & CHRL Professional Licenses.
