Instructors
Long Dam
Long Dam is a subject matter expert with the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is a key contributor to the latest PMBOK® Guide – Seventh Edition and is an active member of the PMI Lakeshore Ontario Chapter (PMILOC).
He has 15+ years of Project, Program and Portfolio Management experience from different industries such as leading edge technology, private, public, government, higher education, insurance and financial sector. He is passionate about the community of Hamilton and he serves on the board of directors for the BGC Hamilton-Halton. Long also teaches at a number of other Ontario Colleges.

Brian Poth
As a senior business leader, Brian is passionate about connecting strategy to execution, delivery excellence and growth. Brian’s career spans more than 25 years, working across Canada, US, Europe and India developing and executing strategy, leading transformation programs and nurturing high performing, inclusive teams in both project and operational roles. Brian is a life-long learner and enjoys coaching and teaching in both formal and informal venues.
Brian is an active consultant/advisor, project leader and board member and volunteers in the community with a focus on community and youth development and active living. Brian holds an MBA from the University de McGill and an HBBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
