Managing a successful project involves working with multi-faceted people in a multitude of roles. In this interactive course we will apply effective management, leadership and communication strategies while working in this ever-shifting environment. Effective coordination of teams is essential and utilizing a variety of models, strategies and tools will help to assure your team is functioning in tandem with the project.

Hamilton Candundo has over 10 years of experience in project management as a Project Manager and Instructor. He has managed projects in technology, government, research, and health care industries.
Hamilton has experience in online learning, teaching project leadership, scheduling and stakeholder management. Hamilton also has expertise with various project management information systems including Microsoft Project.
Hamilton holds a Bachelor of Sciences and Health Studies degree, a Master’s in Public Health, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
Rehan Sher is a seasoned Human Resources and Project Management Professional with over 20 years of experience. In January 2014, he became the Founder & CEO of the Human Resources and Project Management Corporation (or HRPM Corp. for short), a global firm specialized in providing Corporate Training & Consulting Services. Since its inception, HRPM Corp. has assisted hundreds of professionals, both locally and internationally. In addition, to his professional work experience, Rehan develops and teaches synchronous and asynchronous courses to Post-Graduate Students at leading institutions across the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Rehan has an Honours BA in Economics from the University of Toronto, an MA in Economics from the University of Western Ontario, and a MASc in Management Science from the University of Waterloo. He also has a Master’s Certificate in Learning & Development from Schulich’s Executive Education Centre and holds both the PMP & CHRL Professional Licenses.
