Shannon Gale, MRSc, R.Kin, HCA Registered Health Coach, is a Registered Kinesiologist and HCA Registered Health Coach with over 20 years of experience in public health and health coaching. She holds a Master’s Degree in Rehabilitation Science from the University of British Columbia and is a Certified Nutrition Coach through Precision Nutrition.
With a career dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve optimal health, Shannon brings extensive expertise in motivational interviewing and behavior change. She has taught at the post-secondary level and facilitated hands-on workshops across the South Georgian Bay region, equipping learners with practical, evidence-based strategies to support meaningful health outcomes.
As the founder and CEO of Success in Seven, an online health and wellness coaching program, Shannon combines her industry knowledge with innovative approaches to help individuals navigate their health and wellness journeys. Her work integrates exercise and nutrition science with real-world application, reflecting her commitment to making sustainable health practices accessible and achievable.
Shannon’s passion for active living extends beyond her professional life, as she enjoys hiking, biking, horseback riding, and snowboarding.
At McMaster University, Shannon shares her wealth of knowledge and real-world experience, preparing students with the hands-on skills and evidence-based tools needed to excel in the dynamic field of health and wellness coaching.
